Angry? Just take a deep breath


Angry could be happen to anyone, sometimes if it didn’t suitable with your expectation you might be angry, but remember angry is not prohibited but please to control your anger so it can’t be impact negatively to your environment, angry can make you lost control, lost your mind and that’s is not good to your health too because if you angry, your heart will over beating, your hair will fall out and beside that you will never know what happen for the next, when you angry please take a deep breath, if you are stand up when you angry please sit down, and if you angry when you are sit please lay down to release you anger, take a deep breath is a not only way to relieve you anger but can minimize and could be makes you more relax
